It's quite the line up for this year's Semi-Permanent and it's particularly exciting for us as FLIPPster Murray Fredericks will be presenting!


Murray excels in both commercial and personal photography and will be sharing about some of his past projects. Having a particular interest in built and natural environments, Murray's portfolio includes vast projects such as the Greenland icecaps and Salt, a series based on the empty landscape of Lake Eyre.

Gluck’s Orfeo ed Euridice has captivated opera lovers the world over but none will have experienced the opera as a sensory and immersive experience featuring the work of FLIPP’s photo media Artist Murray Fredericks, florist, artist and academic Dr Lisa Cooper and the food of Matt Moran collaborating to create a unique celebration of food and opera.
Incorporating Murray’s beautiful visual arrangements, Gluck’s three woman opera will be a dynamic and modern interpretation starring Silvia Colloc not to be missed during the Spectrum Now festival at the Art Gallery of NSW.
