First Class lounging with William Meppem

Perhaps you are one of the lucky few ..... but for those of us who don't get to fly First Class, then this is the closest we will ever get to enjoying this room that was shot by FLIPP photographer William Meppem. Deep on the expensive zone of the Qantas First Class Lounge at Sydney Airport, is this spa room with a beautiful vegital wall. Damn ....... can't any of you Art Directors send us a brief that demands a First Class International ticket??

Emma Elizabeth and the Instyle Woman of the Year Awards

We can't help but boast .. as the unstoppable FLIPP stylist/designer/creative/insanely talented Emma Elizabeth was nominated as one of the 2 finalists for the scholarship (reccognising complete unrealness in an emerging superstar chickadee) in the INSTYLE Women of the Year awards help last night. Sadly she was pipped at the post by a fashion designer, but her inclusion, and the esteemed company she was in, is just further validation of her cleverness!
....and she got to share a car with Gillian Armstrong .... legend!

Ok, so Easter is now gone, but FLIPP photographer William Meppem and FLIPP food stylist Emma Knowles' images are just soooo delicious, i feel that we should share them. They featured in last month's Australian Gourmet Traveller, and makes us want to go and find a bakery immediately! How about the cinnamon scrolls ... and the hot cross buns ... mmmnnnn.

Creative Magazine Awards Murray top LANDSCAPE photographer 2010.

Another award for FLIPP photographer Murray Fredericks seems a bit greedy after last years year of plenty .. but he has just scored Capture magazine's 2010 top photographer's award for the category of LANDSCAPE photographer for his SALT images It seems fitting that Murray won it whilst on location shooting landscapes in Greenland!
