Andy Lewis's elegant Babushka
With winter biting at the heels of us Sydneysider's, FLIPP photographer Andy Lewis's beautiful bottle shots of the new vodka Babushka, warms the belly. The bottle is a unique shape, which was a fabulous opportunity for Andy to play with and nail the stunning lighting concept. Vodka is the drink of choice for a shot, and a shot is the drink of choice when we are chilly ... so thanks Webb Scarlett for commissioning this visual reminder of the perfect remedy to the cold. Is that why is is named after a Russian Grandma?

Natasha Harrison is our FLIPPing fantastic new advertising stylist and costume designer!
We are more than excited that FLIPP has the perfect costume designer and advertising stylist to round out our team - the beautiful Natasha Harrison. Natasha's work is highly recognizable as innovative, clever and beautifully executed. I first met her when we were both working on the set of The Matrix Reloaded, and she is highly respected by the advertising establishment! Working with all the big name clients, photographers and directors, Natasha won a Gold Award at the The Promax International TV award for the art direction and costumes. That award was for the SBS "figures in motion". Natasha is the queen of detail, innovation and composure across mediums of TVC's, stills and digital. Check out her fabulous work ...

Jonathan May's love for our Bowling Greens.

FLIPP photographer Jonathan May is pursuing a long held private passion for documenting the Australian institution of the lawn bowls clubs. Often relegated to the domain of the senior citizens of our society, the club houses and bowling greens are a wonderful window into a fascinating sport that is countrywide. From the smallest country town, through to the most urban of environments, this sub-sect of Australiana is a culture all of its own that sadly seem to be dying out with it's players. Jonathan is on a mission to capture the essence of the Greens with an exhibition planned later in the year. We'll let you know when it is on!
